Import a WH-347 you already filed
Already filing certified payrolls? Upload last week's WH-347 as a PDF, photo, or spreadsheet. It reads the project, the crew with their identifying numbers, and every classification and rate, shows you the result to check, then creates all of it plus a draft of the next payroll.

If you've been filing certified payrolls already, your crew and your project are sitting in the last one you sent.
So don't type them again.
Start with Import last week's certified payroll.
Anything with the same columns.
Choose the file.
This one is a four-worker payroll from a school job.
It's reading the form the way a reviewer would, not matching a template.
Project name, contract number, wage determination number.
Every worker, with the identifying number from column 1E.
Every classification, with the rate that was paid.
Nothing is saved yet.
This is a review screen.
Fix a spelling, untick a worker who's left, change a rate.
And one thing it will never do: if the old form carried full Social Security numbers, they're dropped before anything reaches us.
Only the last four come through.
Create everything.
The project, the classifications, the crew, and a draft of the next payroll, with everyone already on it.
Rates carried over.
Hours blank, because those are this week's.
And the crew is in your worker list, ready for every project after this one.
One file, and you're where a new account would be after twenty minutes of typing.
Free for one payroll a month, at certified hours dot com.
