What this service is

A tool that prepares certified payroll documents (in the format of U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-347 and its Statement of Compliance, and other formats we add) from information you enter. It is not a payroll service, does not move money, does not file anything on your behalf, and does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter, for confirming that the wage determination rates and classifications you use are the ones in your contract, for reviewing each document before you sign and submit it, and for meeting your submission deadlines. The certifying official who signs a Statement of Compliance is making that certification, not us.

Accuracy of calculations

We compute overtime, fringe, gross, and net figures from your inputs using the rules described in the Department of Labor’s instructions for Form WH-347. We test these calculations, but we cannot guarantee they fit every contract, state rule, or agency requirement. Warnings the tool shows are aids, not determinations of compliance.

Subscription and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner and can be canceled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. You may pause a subscription between jobs and keep your data. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.

Your data

You own the data you enter. See the privacy policy for how it is handled. You can export your payrolls as PDFs and delete your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for penalties, withheld payments, back wages, or other consequences of a certified payroll you submitted.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, email account owners.
